【工作内容】
1、负责制药车间及实验室的EHS体系运行维护，确保符合GMP规范及国家环保安全法规；
2、组织开展日常安全隐患排查与风险评估，监督整改闭环，预防职业健康安全事故发生；
3、主导员工EHS培训与应急演练，提升全员安全意识，规范化学品管理及废弃物处置流程；
4、对接政府监管部门完成各类安全环保申报、验收及迎检工作，维护良好的外部合规关系；
5、参与新建或改造项目的EHS“三同时”审查，确保工程设计与施工满足安全环保标准。
6、负责公司安全管理，对设备/设施、危化品、承包商、特种设备进行安全检查，负责隐患消除；
7、负责与环保相关的工作，承担三废事务的协调与处置；
8、负责公司EHS政策方针的制定以及相关文件起草和生效，推动各部门EHS目标的建立和落实；
9、公司值班安排及落实；

【任职要求】
1、环境工程、安全工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，持有注册安全工程师证书者优先；
2、熟悉制药行业EHS法律法规及GMP要求，具备3年以上化工或生物医药企业EHS管理经验；
3、精通危险源辨识与风险评估工具，能独立编制应急预案并有效组织演练实施；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和文字表达能力，能适应偶尔的现场出差及弹性工作安排；
5、原则性强，责任心强，对安全生产有高度敬畏心，具备优秀的职业素养和团队精神。
