1、参与金融系统的开发和设计工作，能够根据设计文档独立完成编码、测试工作

任职资格
1、计算机相关专业背景或具备岗位所需同等专业能力，有银行外包工作经验，本科计算机相关专业优先
2、良好的编码习惯，熟悉代码、文档版本管理，善于项目相关文档如详细设计、概要设计文档编写
3、2年及以上Java开发经验，有扎实的Java编码能力，熟练掌握设计模式、数据结构，理解10、多线程、并发等基础框架;
4、熟悉spring、Spring Boot、 Spring Cloud、mybatis等主流框架
5、精通Mysql和redis，具有sql性能分析和优化能力
6、熟悉Linux系统，对生产系统故障排查有实际工作经验
7、具有高度的责任心，良好的团队合作精神和主动沟通意识
筛选：1、行业必须是银行，其次证保基等，项目也要匹配，不匹配直接干掉，减少现场面试频率
2、级别初中级别为主，高级必须直接有O45经验，社保年资全部一次性跟级别匹配，如果出现太多级别跟能力不匹配，就影响入场效率
