二、岗位要求
学历要求：本科及以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销、外语等相关专业优先。
语言能力：
1.必须具备流利的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练与海外客户进行商务沟通、邮件往来及合同洽谈。
2.若同时掌握西班牙语或俄语，具备相应语言的商务交流能力，将在简历筛选和面试评估中予以优先考虑。
工作经验：拥有 3 年及以上外贸销售工作经验，熟悉外贸业务流程，包括报关、报检、物流、信用证操作等环节。
行业背景：有摩托车行业外贸销售经验者优先，熟悉摩托车产品特性、市场分布及行业发展趋势者将大幅加分。
个人素质：
1.具备强烈的市场开拓意识和销售热情，能够承受一定的工作压力，积极完成销售任务。
2.拥有良好的沟通表达能力、谈判技巧及客户关系维护能力，善于与不同国家和地区的客户建立长期稳定的合作关系。
