职位描述

1）负责公司安全标准化、环境和职业健康体系的持续有效运行；
2）负责环境和安全类相关证照的办理；
3）制定EHS要求与规划，设定EHS目标与指标；
4）组织环境因素的识别和合规性评价；
5）组织安全风险源辨识和评估，提高员工安全意识；
6）负责进行安全教育工作，新员工三级安全教育，环境和安全应急预案的演练和培训等；
7）负责安全事故的处理，调查事故原因并提交安全事故处理报告，并推动纠正措施执行；
8）负责安全标准化体系、EHS体系文件的编写，组织协调安全标准化体系、EHS体系相关审核工作；
9）主持EHS检查计划制定与执行，组织并参与公司的安全检查和监督工作；
10）推动安全文化建设，推动EHS持续改进和安全环保意识提高。

任职资格：
1）大专以上学历；
2）熟悉环境、职业健康、安全等相关的法律法规；
3）熟悉危险源辨识和风险评估；
4）熟悉安全标准化体系、ISO体系；
5）有高度的责任心；具有一定的协调、组织和沟通能力；
6）有化工类企业安全管理经验者优先考虑；
7）有注册安全师证。
