【岗位职责】
1、负责代理产品及自研产品的技术支持，为客户提供全链条技术服务，包括技术咨询、方案讲解、产品演示、现场调试、故障定位与排除；
2、作为客户与研发之间的“技术桥梁”，精准传递客户需求与现场应用痛点至内部团队，推动产品持续迭代优化；
3、负责技术文档沉淀、及市场信息洞察，为产品定义与竞品分析提供一线输入。
【任职要求】
专业：研究生及以上学历/本科十年以上工作经验（硕士应届生有相关项目经历可考虑），电子信息、通信工程、自动化、电气工程、微电子等相关专业
专业经验：5年以上硬件研发或2年以上FAE相关工作经验
专业技能：
1、硬件技术基础：具备扎实的模拟/数字电路分析能力，熟悉电源管理、信号调理、通信接口等常见电路原理；
2、工具使用：熟练使用示波器、万用表、频谱仪、信号源等调试仪器进行现场信号测量与故障排查；具备原理图审查及PCB Layout审核能力，熟练使用Altium Designer/Cadence等工具；
3、嵌入式基础：熟悉C语言及嵌入式系统基本原理，具备一定的固件调试能力，能够协助客户进行软硬件联调；
4、文档能力：熟练编写产品技术文档、应用笔记、FAQ及培训材料；
5、问题定位能力：具备系统级故障排查思维，能够完成从现象观察到根因分析的全链路定位。
