1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，6年以上Java开发经验，基础扎实，并有良好的编码规范。有一定的技术团队管理经验；
2、熟悉activiti工作流，至少3年以上工作流引擎实际开发经验，了解BPM、OA、ERP等相关产品优先；
3、熟悉Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis开发框架；熟悉基于Spring boot服务框架和原理；熟练基于Spring cloud微服务框架开发，并有实际项目经验；
4、熟悉数据库（MySQL、SQL Server、oracle）具备数据库编程和设计能力；
5、熟练掌握Redis、mongodb等常用nosql数据库，熟悉消息队列等中间件；
6、良好的代码风格，对技术有强烈的进取心，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
7、熟练使用Git进行项目代码管理及版本控制。
