岗位职责：
1. 负责设计和搭建公司核心技术架构，构建标准化、服务化、高灵活性、高扩展性、高稳定性、高安全性的系统架构；
2. 分析业务需求，验证可行性，评估技术风险和成本；
3. 确定软件产品架构；
4. 负责研发团队内技术指导，提升团队整体技术能力；
5. 参与核心模块代码的编写，完成疑难技术问题的分析、定位及修正；
6. 关注业界新技术动态和方向，规范研发流程与体系，推动研发效率提升。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。特别优秀者另议。
2. 四年及以上java开发经验
3.扎实的Java编程基础，熟练掌握常用的设计模式、I/0、多线程、JVM、数据结构等；
4.熟练掌握Spring相关技术栈和原理，包括但不限于SpringMVC、SpringBoot、MyBatis等常用框架
5.熟练掌握SpringCloud相关技术栈，有docker、kubernetes等应用经验者优先
6.熟悉数据库MySQL,有数据库设计以及SOL调优经验;
7.熟悉分布式系统常用的中间件(redis，mq，zookeeper，elasticsearch等)，了解其实现原理:
8.熟悉大规模系统的高并发、负载均衡、缓存、网络存储、网络安全、数据高可用设计及性能评估机制;
