岗位职责：
1.负责公司产品的功能规划、需求分析设计、技术实现和用户体验；
2.负责所属模块的代码开发、调试与维护工作；

职位要求：
1.1-2年java开发经验，具有struts、spring、hibernate、Xdoclet的实际项目开发经验，熟悉J2EE规范,熟悉各种常用设计模式；
2.精通web编程，两年以上使用Java语言进行web开发的经验，熟悉HTML、Javascript,Ajax,CSS,具有能基于webservice开发服务端和客户端的经验；
3.能独立完成Java开发框架的设计和搭建工作；
4.熟悉tomcat服务器和apacheweb服务器；
5.具有数据库设计能力，熟悉oracle和SQLServer的使用和开发，熟悉基于数据库应用开发；
6.具备较强的学历能力和解决问题能力，有较强的协调、沟通能力和团队精神。
