一、岗位职责
（一）风控合规岗
1.建立并运用有关的策略、流程、方法和工具，识别和度量公司投资业务中所承受的市场风险、信用风险、操作风险等各类风险；
2.参与资产管理风控制度的执行、监督和修订；
3.定期编制风险报告，确保公司能对相关风险采取有效的防范控制和妥善的管理；
4.对投资决策程序和运作流程的合规合法性、完备性和有效性进行审查，对存在问题及时提出意见和补救措施；对账户运作、内部管理、制度执行及遵纪守法情况进行监察稽核；
5.定期完成投资工作的绩效评估并形成报告提交；
6.迅速、准确完成公司领导及部门负责人交办的其他工作。
（二）统计信息岗
1.对公司所投资金融工具市值及收益状况进行计算、统计、汇总；
2.对各账户清算结果情况实施实时监控和汇报；
3.交易系统开发及维护工作使其符合监管及投资需求；
4.统一监控各账户资金情况并配合账户经理投资需求调配资金；
5.实时监控交易岗和清算岗工作，发现各账户清算结果异常及时汇报并修正；
6.负责复核及向相关监管部门报送各项定期报告包括投资资产监管信息报表的报送，提供临时报告所要求的相关内容；
7.负责月末估值复核工作；
8.迅速、准确完成公司领导和部分负责人交办的其他工作。
二、任职要求
1.硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、会计等相关专业，985、211大学毕业优先；
2.具备一定的证券投资理论基础，熟悉金融市场及保险投资业务；
3.证券从业资格、基金从业资格、FRM、CFA、CPA持证者优先；
4.3年以上相关工作经验优先。
