Basic Responsibilities基本职责
Responsible fcomplete contract specify based on customer special requirement to modify the contract component to meet MOD saleder requirement.
按照客户特殊要求进行改造合同设计以满足销售需求
1. Provide technical escalatMOD solution fcustomer
为客户提供扶梯改造的技术解决方案
2. Prepare contract Drawing，ML，ect. fMOD sales, manufacture, purchasing, quality,
为生产、销售、采购及质量部提供其所需相关产品资料，例如图纸和物料表等
3. Provide technical support funit assembly in the jobsite
为工地的安装施工提供技术指引和支持
4. Engineering analysis, fstrength, cost, manufacturability
工程分析：如强度、成本和可制造性等
5. Supplier Interface
供应商相关问题处理
6. Fully Comply with OTIS Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
严格遵守奥的斯道德规范。
7. Responsible fimplementing EH&S policy standards of Otis, EH&S rules of company local safety policy rules, actively support participate in Company EH&S activity.
负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全（EH&S）政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动。
Qualifications任职资格
1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
Undergraduate course above, Mechanical related
机械专业本科毕业或以上
2. Experience工作经验
3 year Mechanical design experience at least： including 1 years above experience on escalatsystem development mechanical component design，1 years above experience in non-standard contract design, preferably has FTB/TB support experience.
*少3年以上机械设计经验：期间至少1年或以上扶梯系统开发及部件设计经验，或1年及以上非标合同设计经验，有扶梯工地支持及工厂车间支持经历为佳。
Familiar with product development program management process, capable to analysis customer request manage the task & schedule; Good at communication customer service awareness;
具有项目管理能力，包括准确的需求分析、良好的时间及任务管理、良好的语言表达能力、客户沟
通能力和客户服务意识；
Good capacity on logical analysis fcustomer feedback based on professional technical skills.
良好的逻辑分析能力，能熟练运用自己的知识和技能分析解决客户反馈的问题；
3. Knowledge专业知识
CET-4 above, fluent English inal written English
英语CET-4, 能熟练阅读、写作及口语交流
Computer Skills: Pro-engineering, AUTO CAD , Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Email, ANSYS, MatCAD，EDS, Matlab, Etc.
