3、熟悉高并发处理、分布式存储等互联网后端开发技术；
4、熟练springcloud，springboot，netty，mybatis等常用框架，具备微服务架构设计、落地和业务实践经验；
5、具备微服务应用调优、优化实践经验，熟悉常用数据库redis\mysql\mongodb\elasticsearch等。
6、熟练掌握Java面向对象的编程思想，设计模式，精通Java多线程、缓存优化、高并发，熟悉常用的缓存和队列技术（Cahce,Redis,MQ等）；
7、良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力；主动性强，有很强的自我驱动力；
8、有全栈开发经验或者软考高级类证书者优先。
