一、岗位职责
1.协助 PMC 经理收集和整理生产订单信息，包括产品型号、数量、交期等，确保数据准确无误。
2.根据生产订单，协助制定初步的生产计划排程，考虑设备产能、人力配置等因素，确保计划具有可行性和合理性。
3.跟踪生产计划的执行情况，对于可能影响交期的问题，提前预警并协助解决。
4.配合物料采购部门，核对物料采购申请，确保采购数量与生产需求一致。
5.协助进行物料库存管理，定期盘点库存，监控物料库存水平，对库存异常情况及时上报并协助处理。
6.负责物料出入库数据的录入与更新，保证库存系统数据的实时性和准确性。
7.整理和归档各类生产、物料相关的文件和资料，如生产计划文档、采购订单、出入库记录等。
8.与生产部门、采购部门、仓库等部门保持密切沟通，及时传递信息，协调解决工作中的问题。
二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，物流管理、工商管理、工业工程等相关专业优先考虑。
2.本科应届毕业生或有 1 年以内相关工作经验者均可，有制造业相关实习经验者优先。
2.熟练使用办公软件，如 Excel、Word、PPT 等，能够运用 Excel 进行数据处理和分析。
3.具备一定的数据分析能力，能够从数据中发现问题并提出建议。
4.良好的文档整理和归档能力，工作有条理。
5.具备较强的责任心，工作认真细致，注重细节，能够准确完成各项任务。
