岗位职责
1、负责面板CELL工段成盒段、ODF段量产工艺管控、制程维护与现场生产督导，保障产线稳定量产、良率及产能达成。
2、熟练负责LC Inkjet液晶注入、框胶涂布/封胶、UV固化核心工艺管控，能够独立处理注液不良、漏液、气泡、断胶、溢胶、胶厚异常、固化不良等现场工艺问题。
3、负责产线日常首件确认、工艺点检、参数管控、制程巡检，监督员工标准化作业，规避批量品质异常。
4、针对成盒贴合不良、对位偏差、盒厚异常、液晶分布不均、框胶异物、贴合气泡等制程不良进行原因分析、对策制定与落地改善，持续提升制程良率、降低物料损耗。
5、跟进新工艺、新材料、新机台试产导入，完成参数验证、试产跟进、问题汇总及工艺文件更新。
6、负责生产异常闭环、良率数据分析、改善专案推进，配合品控、设备、生产完成日常制程稽核与品质整改。
任职要求
1、有LCD/LED面板厂CELL工段工作经验，熟悉成盒、ODF工艺流程。
2、必须具备LC液晶注入、框胶工艺实操及异常处理经验，熟悉相关机台工艺参数与制程原理。
3、具备独立处理现场工艺异常、良率改善能力，能承受量产倒班及生产压力。
4、服从车间管理，执行力强，沟通协调能力良好。
