3、针对产品质量问题及故障，深入分析，找出根本原因，并制定相应的纠正与预防措施；
4、收集并分析质量相关数据，运用统计方法与工具进行深入的质量分析；
5、与团队协同工作，持续推动产品和生产流程的改进；
6、制定并执行产品验证与确认计划，对产品性能和质量进行全面评估，涵盖原材料评估、生产过程监控及*终产品测试等多个环节；
7、提供质量培训与指导，提升团队对质量管理的认知与能力；
8、针对客户反馈和投诉进行原因的深入分析，迅速响应，确保改进措施有效执行；
9、检验条件和工具的开发和优化，参与PFMEA和质量控制计划的制定。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上汽车行业工作经验，2年以上PQE经验；
2、熟练掌握质量管理六大工具（APQP、FMEA、PC、PPAP、MSA、SPC）；
3、熟练应用QC七大手法、5WHY、8D等质量工具；
4、了解各项质量标准、法规及行业要求，如ISO认证、产品安全及合规性等；
5、有较强的组织协调能力；
6、良好的逻辑思维，有敏锐的数据洞察力和敏感性；
7、熟练办公软件，并有较强的数据统计分析能力；
8、熟悉质量管理工作流程，及质量管理过程和要求；
9、良好的英语听说读写能力。
