岗位职责：

1. 负责公司相关产品的详细设计、开发工作，包括参与需求分析、数据库结构设计、核心代码开发；

2. 维护和完善软件产品和系统，快速定位并修复相关缺陷，及时解决出现的问题；

3. 持续优化用户体验和产品性能；

4. 解决关键或者高难度的技术问题。

职位要求：

1.计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，4到5年及以上工作经验；

2.java基础扎实，熟悉jvm性能调优、线程处理、设计模式、熟悉java编码规范；

4.熟悉spring boot, spring cloud, mybatis等主流开源应用框架，精通对spring的原理，熟读spring相关组件源码;

5.熟悉mysql数据库开发,具备数据库调优能力;

6.熟悉Maven的使用，理解Maven的原理与使用技巧、熟练用Git进行代码版本控制；

7.熟悉docker、kubernetes、swarm相关技术和语法，熟悉jenkins部署脚本（优先）；

8.有独立开发项目和需求设计的能力，能独立设计数据库表结构、接口文档；

9.能接受在系统落地时，如有需要，短期低频的保险客户现场内网环境调试的出差情况；

10.熟悉保险系统、微信小程序、微信公众号，有过相关经验优先；

11、互联网架构的项目经验优先。
