岗位职责：
1.负责公司电厂类项目的技术开发工作，包括智慧电厂、MIS系统等相关项目；
2.参与项目架构设计与优化，确保系统的高效性、稳定性与可扩展性；
3.开发并维护微服务架构相关的系统，确保模块间的高效协作；
4.参与系统的技术选型、性能优化、故障排查与问题解决；
5.配合产品经理、运维团队等，推动项目的迭代与交付；

任职要求：
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验；
熟悉微服务架构，具有Spring Cloud、Dubbo等微服务框架的实际项目经验；
有电厂类项目开发经验，尤其是智慧电厂、MIS系统等相关领域项目经验优先；
精通Java编程语言，熟练使用Spring、MyBatis、Redis、RabbitMQ等技术栈；
具备较强的数据库设计与优化能力，熟悉pgsql、mysql等常用数据库，了解分布式数据库；
有较强的分析和问题解决能力，能够快速定位并解决系统中的技术难题；
具有团队合作精神，沟通能力强，能够承担较高的工作压力。
可以接受出差，项目现场开展开发工作。
