职位描述：
1、负责构建和维护数据管道，确保数据的高效、准确和可靠地流动。例如，在一个行情分发系统中，设计数据管道基于交易所tick数据计算分时分K实时传输到数仓。
2、数据质量监控，通过建立数据质量指标和监控机制，及时发现和解决数据质量问题。
3、熟练使用Python采集和预处理数据，能选择合适的数据存储解决方案进行数据的存储和管理。
4、熟悉LLM大模型下数据预处理技术和AI智能体构建和RAG知识库构建流程。

任职要求：
1、本科以上计算机软件或相关专业，有AI数据预处理经验者优先，有爬虫和反爬虫开发经验者优先。
2、精通Python，精通Scrapy及常用爬虫框架和工具，熟悉分向量库、Kafka、MCPServer等。
3、熟悉doris或starrocks 数据库使用者优先。
4、学习能力强，抗压能力强，能基于AI解决实际开发过程碰到的各类问题。
