1、具有2年及以上的AI应用开发经验，有金融或互联网行业项目经验者优先；
2、具有深度参与或负责2个（含）以上AI相关项目的设计和实施经验；
3、原则上要求计算机、人工智能、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
4、条件优秀者可适当放宽；
5、能配合团队按项目计划完成工作任务，工作积极主动；
6、按要求独立制定日常工作计划并完成，发现问题能及时反馈；
7、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能及时反馈问题并主动分析项目风险；
8、团队意识强，能克服个人困难，配合项目经理完成工作目标。
技术要求：
1、精通Python编程语言，熟悉至少一种主流机器学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn）；
2、熟悉数据处理和分析，掌握Pandas、NumPy等数据处理工具，具备SQL数据库操作能力；
3、熟练掌握langchain框架，具备langgraph开发经验，能够构建AI工作流和状态管理；
4、具备chatflow设计能力，能够实现多轮对话流程和上下文管理；
5、了解AI Agent开发原理，熟悉Prompt Engineering和Agent设计模式和工具调用机制。
