4.具备扎实的硬件基础，能看懂原理图和PCB，熟悉射频电路及天线匹配调试，能独立完成简单参考设计；
5.熟练使用示波器、频谱仪、网络分析仪等测试仪器，具备较强的动手调试和焊接能力（QFN/LGA封装）；
6.熟悉至少一种主流MCU平台（ST/NXP/Nordic等），能完成模组驱动移植和通信调试；
7.具备良好的沟通表达能力和客户服务意识，能适应短期出差；
8.有手机、汽车电子、智能家居等大客户支持经验者优先。"

工作內容：
1.负责UWB模组和NFC模组产品的客户技术支持，现场解决客户在集成应用中的硬件、软件及通信协议问题；
2.根据客户应用需求，配合完成Demo板设计与验证，客户技术需求分析、方案设计与调试，推动Design-in落地；
3.具备一定的参考设计能力，能基于客户需求完成简单的外围电路设计、天线匹配及PCB Layout指导；
4.撰写应用笔记、FAQ、调试指南等技术文档，为销售团队及客户提供产品培训；
5.收集客户反馈及市场竞品信息，为产品迭代和新品定义提供输入；
6.协助销售跟进重点客户项目，管理项目进度，识别技术风险并推动问题闭环。"
