岗位职责：
1. 负责新产品导入时测试流程的制定，测试资料的审核，测试治具准备，测试过程异常处理，确保生产顺利进行；
2. 负责PCBA电路测试（ICT，包含联板ICT，单板ICT及飞针ICT）设备&工装维护和程序开发；产线测试设备操作文件的编写；
3. 对内部不良品、客退品或客户反馈PCBA问题进行诊断分析，制定维修方案。
4. 负责测试设备参数、工装的不断优化&规范化，提高设备生产效率及直通率，达成降本增效目标；
5. 负责测试设备日保养检查，指导协调完成周、月、季度、年度的保养工作等；
6. 对接NPI产品导入, 协助工艺完善SOP；
7. 配合产品设计、制造要求，定义并验证PCBA加工工艺中测试流程；
8. 上级安排的其它工作。

任职要求：
1. 职业品行良好，能承受一定的工作压力；
2. 本科以上学历，电子、通信或自动化相关专业；向相关专业的优秀应届本科生开放。
3. 熟悉基本电路、控制电路、数模转换原理；熟悉万用表、示波器等测量仪器的使用，熟悉电烙铁使用，焊接各种电子元器件
4. 良好的问题解决能力和方法，有一定的沟通交流能力，能与客户做良好的交流；
5. 精通ICT&FCT相关设备夹具的调试、保养、异常处理、校准、常规设备问题维修；
6. 具有一定的逻辑能力，能够熟练运用DOE，FMEA， GR.R等解决问题的工程逻辑，较强的PPT撰写能力。
