一、岗位职责：
1.负责鼎捷T100 ERP、MES、WMS系统的日常运维，处理用户问题、系统异常；根据业务需求进行二次开发（客制功能开发、新流程配置、模板定制等）。
2. 负责帆软FineReport 10.0报表的设计与开发；根据各部门需求制作管理报表、统计分析报表；优化报表性能和展示效果。
3. 使用Python搭建自动化框架，实现批量更新或导出ERP系统相关信息（如工单、采购单、入库单等）；开发数据处理脚本，提升业务部门工作效率。
4. 负责公司微信小程序的设计、开发与维护；包括但不限于：信息自助登记、活动宣传、数据查询等功能模块。
5. 负责SQL Server / MySQL / MariaDB数据库的日常管理、SQL编写与优化；保障数据库性能和数据安全。
6. 参与新系统上线、新据点实施等项目（如绅潮公司ERP项目）；负责需求分析、方案设计、开发测试、上线推广、用户培训。
7. 协助处理各系统异常问题；编写技术文档和操作手册；参与系统学习与培训工作。
8. 完成上级交代的其他工作。
二、岗位要求：
1）大学本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业，2年以上相关工作经验。
2）熟练掌握SQL Server、MySQL、MariaDB中至少两种数据库，具备SQL编写与优化能力。
3）熟悉Python开发，有自动化脚本、数据处理或Web框架开发经验。
4）能独立完成小程序前后端开发，了解微信云开发或自建后端。
5) 有制造企业工作经验者优先。
6) 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；较强的学习能力和问题解决能力；能承受一定工作压力。
