一、岗位职责：
1.支撑平台用户引入工作：面向用户组织培训、宣讲、分享、操作演示登工作，提升用户对平台的理解与使用效率
2.支撑研发工具平台项目管理、需求管理、测试管理、用户管理等管理类模块使用
3.对接二线运维/研发团队，协调处理平台故障、性能瓶颈及缺陷，跟踪工单直至闭环，确保SLA。
4.收集并整理用户反馈，推动平台易用性优化，参与平台文档、FAQ、操作指引的编写与维护
5.定期统计平台各租户各能力使用数据，分析平台使用情况，为客户管理部门考核提供考核策略和数据依据。
6.定期给客户汇报阶段性支撑工作，总结运营支撑工作优化建议，制定运营工作优化方案，提升团队运营能力。
7.建立并维护用户支持知识库，沉淀常见问题与解决方案，推动标准化、自动化应答工具落地。
二、任职要求：
1.大专以上学历；
2.有问题分析能力，推动问题定位解决跟踪能力；
3.熟悉软件全生命周期流程（需求->设计->开发->构建->测试->部署->度量）及敏捷、Scrum、看板、CI/CD 基础理念
4.熟练使用至少一种主流 ALM/DevOps 平台（如 GitLab、Azure DevOps、Jira + Confluence、禅道、TAPD、Coding、华为云 DevCloud 等）进行项目集管理、需求拆解、代码托管、流水线配置与测试计划执行
5.有较强的沟通协调能力与服务意识，有丰富的跨团队协调经验
6.能耐心解答用户问题，具备培训或技术文档编写经验者优先；
7.具备较强的学习能力，能在多任务环境下高效工作；
8.有参与DevOps平台或云平台的运维、运营经验者优先。
