任职要求：
1.精通 Java 及面向对象设计开发，熟悉常见设计原则，有架构设计经验，研究过优秀开源软件源码并有心得者优先。
2.熟悉金蝶苍穹的开发。
3.熟练掌握Spring相关的开发，熟悉微服务，对Redis、MSQL、RPC，MQ、缓存、限流等有实战经验。
4.具备Linux下一般运维的能力，熟悉JVM调试及高级特性
5.具有大规模高并发访问的Web应用设计和开发经验者，对高并发处理情况下的负载调优有相关经验。
6.熟悉PYTHON开发。
7.具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
