岗位职责：
1.负责集团ERP系统的选型、实施与上线工作，根据集团业务需求和财务管理要求，配置ERP系统参数，开发相关功能模块。
2.制定ERP系统操作规程和管理制度，组织开展ERP系统操作培训，确保集团各部门人员能够熟练使用ERP系统。
3.负责ERP系统的日常运维工作，包括系统故障排除、数据备份与恢复、系统安全管理等，保障ERP系统的稳定运行。
4.对ERP系统运行情况进行监控和分析，及时发现系统存在的问题和不足，提出优化建议并组织实施，不断提升ERP系统的运行效率和管理水平。
5.推动ERP系统与集团其他业务系统的集成与数据共享，实现财务业务一体化，提高集团整体运营效率。
6.收集集团各部门对ERP系统的需求和意见，进行需求分析和评估，为ERP系统的升级和改进提供依据。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业（如计算机科学与技术、信息管理与信息系统）、财务管理、工商管理类专业优先，具备扎实的信息化系统理论基础或财务业务逻辑认知。
2.具备2-3 年及以上 ERP 系统运维或全流程实施经验，熟悉 ERP 系统核心模块（财务、供应链、生产制造、成本管理等）的业务逻辑与操作流程。
3.需全程参与过至少 1 个完整的 ERP 项目实施生命周期，能独立处理项目实施或运维过程中的常见问题。
4.制造型企业信息部门工作经验者优先，熟悉制造企业生产计划、物料管理、成本核算等业务场景与 ERP 系统的结合应用。
