1）负责飞行控制算法设计、开发、评估与改进
2）负责控制器接口、飞行逻辑相关软件代码开发和维护
2）负责无人机飞行器性能计算、操稳分析、建模与飞控半实物仿真平台搭建
3）参与飞控系统总体优化方案制定
4）负责总体技术方案及相关研发过程文档的编写及归档
任职要求：
1）硕士及以上学历，航空航天、自动控制类相关专业，有航空背景工作经验或三航院校有项目经历的应届硕士或博士研究生。
2）对控制理论和算法有深刻理解和应用，至少有一种控制算法的实际项目使用经验
3）精通经典控制，熟悉ADRC、自适应等现代控制理论，有相关开发经验者优先
4）熟练掌握C/C++及Matlab/Simulink编程语言，对MBD开发模式有所涉猎，掌握Git代码版本管理，有代码实际调试经验
5）有飞控相关软件实际开发经验者优先
6）具有较强的英文文献阅读能力，较强的学习能力、团队协作能力、责任意识及上进心
