岗位职责：
1）负责公司各产品线的管理台、移动端后台接口、终端服务接口、客户系统对接接口需求的分析提炼，负责平台软件开发方案的制定，确保平台软件方案的可行性；
2）负责一体化管理台的前后端、前后端分离的后端、移动端后台接口、终端服务接口、客户系统对接接口代码编写及自测，协助初级工程师完成平台代码编写，确保平台软件满足项目需求；
3）负责解决管理台、移动端、终端、客户系统对接的测试过程中报出的bug，确保平台软件正常测试发布；负责解决出厂前终端调试、现场使用中反馈的平台软件bug，确保项目正常交付；
4）负责平台软件后端开发的标准、规范的制定和更新，负责平台后端开发技能培训，负责初级工程师的培养；
5）负责平台软件后端开发过程中的设计资料审核、审批。

岗位要求：
1、5年以上Web前端开发工作经验。有全程参与至少一个大型项目的经历，能独立完成产品功能的模块设计和研发的经验和能力。
2、了解Java管理平台、后端服务的开发工具，具备系统环境搭建和功能模块开发的经验；了解平台软件开发的各种插件，了解终端联调的方式方法，具备明确终端联调的策略和思路、问题快速定位处理的经验；
3、熟悉JVM内存机制，具备JVM调优的能力；熟悉IO/NIO、多线程，具备并发场景的开发能力；
4、能独立负责中大型项目的架构设计和核心代码编写，能带领开发人员完成编码、自测、联调、提测及上线对接等工作；
5、能根据公司现有的平台软件，对售前、产品提出专业性的建议并能输出方案文档；具有很强的逻辑表达能力，需要良好的技术文档能力。"
