能力要求
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验
2、精通Python语言和Flask框架、Celery异步队列，了解前端开发和react框架
3、熟悉coze，dify，langflow等开发平台，熟悉应用平台开发，熟悉微服务设计和容器化编排
4、理解RAG原理，精通文档解析、语义分开、混合检索、动态重排序等RAG关键技术
5、理解智能体的原理，实际构建过Agent任务分解和复杂工作流编排
6、有敏锐的产品意识和数据分析能力
7、对前沿技术充满热情，善于思考，积极拥抱变化
