Main Responsibilities职责:
1、Performs on-site installation, calibration, repair, preventive maintenance, upgrades customer training sessions.
（现场安装，校准，维修，预防性维护，升级和培训等）
2、Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
（协同客户缩短停机时间）
3、Perform tool trouble shooting capability service provided at customer site.
(为客户现场解决机器障碍问题，提供满意的售后服务)
4、Resolve customer requirement with coordinating.
(协调解决客户的需求和问题)
5、Maintain customer relationship, satisfy customer with all technical profile & definition.
(维系客户良好合作关系，以专业技术服务满足客户各种需求)
