岗位职责：
1.参与企业内部管理系统的前后端开发、迭代与维护，重点支撑生产、销售、库存等核心业务模块。
2.对接SAP系统，完成接口开发、数据同步、业务逻辑适配，保障系统间数据一致性与业务顺畅性。
3.负责系统性能优化、Bug修复、线上问题排查，提升系统稳定性与用户体验。
4.配合产品经理梳理业务需求，输出技术设计方案，参与需求评审、技术评审会议。
5.编写技术文档、接口文档，协助测试人员完成测试工作，推动项目上线交付。
任职要求：年龄28岁以下，211本科学历及以上，1-3年工作经历
1.具备独立负责模块开发的能力，能快速理解业务需求，制定技术方案并落地实现，解决开发过程中的技术难题。
2.熟悉软件开发流程（需求分析、设计、编码、测试、上线），具备良好的代码规范、注释习惯，能编写单元测试。
3.良好的沟通协调能力，能与产品、测试、业务部门高效协作，推动项目进度；有制造业团队协作经验加分。
4.有强烈的责任心、学习能力，能主动跟进新技术、新框架，适配制造业数字化转型的业务需求。
