4. 有复杂业务系统的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决业务、技术问题；
5. 优秀的数据库设计和优化能力，熟悉MySQL；
6. 具备较强的学历能力和解决问题能力，有较强的协调、沟通能力和团队精神。
