岗位职责：

1、参与部门重要项目建设，负责项目的业务逻辑架构设计和技术架构设计；

2、参与证券业务核心投研系统开发与维护，从事量化交易数据相关的新技术的研究和开发；

3、参与研究、设计和搭建部门核心技术架构，构建规范化、标准化、微服务化、高灵活性、高扩展性、高稳定性、高安全性的微服务系统架构，不断沉淀符合部门技术发展路线的技术中台和业务中台；

4、关注业界新技术动态和方向，结合业务和现有技术特点，规范研发流程，完善研发体系，推动研发效率不断提升；

岗位要求：

1、计算机专业，3年以上软件开发工作经验，有良好的编码习惯、自测习惯，做事认真、严谨，逻辑清晰；

2、精通Python全栈开发，有模块设计/重构经验，有较强的问题分析、解决能力；

3、有技术热情，善于与他人沟通、合作，具有团队精神，良好的自我驱动、抗压能力及应变力和良好的职业道德;

4、有金融行业数据系统设计、开发项目经验优先考虑，有C++经验会优先考虑；有时序数据库，列式存储相关经验优先考虑。
