4、熟练使用Oracle、MySql等数据库进行应用开发，熟悉数据库原理以及常用性能优化技术，对数据库事务、锁机制等原理有较深了解，有高并发环境下数据库优化经验者优先；
5、精通TCP/IP、HTTP等网络协议，精通socket网络编程，有用Java做大访问量高压力网络应用的经验；
6、精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Netty框架；
7、逻辑思维清晰，具备较好的口头、书面表达和沟通能力，能编写清晰、规范的相关文档；
8、有一定的组织、协调和管理能力，具有优秀的团队合作精神，人品正直诚实，工作认真负责，能够独立承受工作压力。
