3.参与管理、开发招聘渠道，建立、维护公司人才储备库，为公司持续引进高质量人才；
4.每周收集和分析招聘数据，提供招聘效果的报告，为持续改进提供依据；
5.负责员工的入、离职手续的办理，以及公司员工资料的整理和归档；
6.负责试用期管理、与部门深度对接，做员工绩效面谈反馈，复盘招聘工作,不断优化招聘体系；
7.配合部门完成新员工入职培训及其他人力资源相关工作。
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，2年以上招聘经验；
2.熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉国家相关法律法规；
3.有互联网、自媒体、电商行业、MCN行业招聘工作经验优先；
4.强自驱力、积极热情、抗压力强；
5.熟练使用相关办公软件。
