工作职责
1、技术支持和解决方案设计，负责回答客户的技术问题，解决技术难题。
2、协同销售产品推广与客户维护。
3、技术演示和培训，向客户和代理演示公司的产品和解决方案，并培训客户和代理的工程师与技术团队
4、市场和产品信息收集与反馈，收集客户在使用我司产品过程中的意见和建议，及时反馈给公司，以促进产品改进和技术创新。
5、客户端产品质量问题跟踪和处理：对于客户已经批量的产品中出现的产品质量问题，FAE工程师负责跟踪和处理，出具质量分析报告给公司内部质量部门，如果涉及到芯片生产工艺、产品资料错误等内部问题的，需要协同相关人员闭环所有问题。

任职资格要求
（此岗位非校招岗位，不考虑2026年应届生）
1、电气工程，电子信息及机电一体化等本科以上学历，1年以上工作经验。
2、熟悉32位MCU硬件设计和编程，有实际硬件和编程经验。
3、具有很强的学习能力和动手能力，在校期间有项目开发经验。
4、善于沟通，有较强的沟通能力和组织协调能力，英语4级以上，有较强的口语沟通能力。
5、能够接受一定强度的出差。
