岗位职责：
1、现场管理：负责现场施工进度、安装质量，现场安装组织和执行材料管理、人员组织、进度控制、质量控制、工时记录、现场报告现场安全职责安全培训、安全管理、安全监督、安全报告项目安装的成本管理。
2、系统焊接管理：管理施工队伍根据调配系统、水处理系统工艺PID图纸、管道轴测图（ISO图）进行现场测量、下料、坡口打磨、组对与安装。
3、卫生级施焊管理：管理队伍严格执行卫生级（洁净级）管道焊接工艺，确保进行管内充氩保护，熟练掌握单面焊双面成型技术。
4、质量把控：确保工艺管道焊缝表面美观、平滑（呈金黄色或银白色），无气孔、夹渣、未焊透等缺陷，内壁无氧化发黑，符合食品级内窥镜检查及探伤标准。
任职要求：
1、经验要求：5年以上卫生管道安装工程安装管理经验，拥有卫生管道焊接经验，有饮料、食品、水处理施工技能经验优先；
2、熟悉饮料调配管路、纯水反渗透管道施工流程，并有独立带队完成项目经验。
3、焊接技能：熟练氩弧焊，精通不锈钢薄壁管焊接，会卫生级无缝焊接，焊缝成型美观，无发黑、无漏焊、无虚焊。
4、配管能力：能看懂工艺P&ID图纸，可独立完成测量、下料、切管、坡口、配管、管路排布；熟悉卡箍、弯头、三通、阀门等卫生管件安装。
5、专业要求：懂各种卫生级阀门、泵、工艺罐原理；了解食品饮料车间管路施工标准，无卫生死角。
6、资质要求：持有卫生管道氩弧焊焊工证。
7、能熟练运用Autocad和电脑常用软件的操作。
