The factory of Guangdong Golden Synthetic Building Materials Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinhecheng) is located in Maoming National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Guangdong Province, covering an area of nearly 60 mu, with a building area of over 10,000 square meters. It is designed and installed with 40 fully automatic synthesis reactors for polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducing agent mother liquor. Currently, there are 20 reactors, including 10 reactors of 5 cubic meters and 10 reactors of 12.5 cubic meters. The factory is equipped with complete supporting facilities, including water supply and drainage, electricity, steam, industrial gas, and ethylene oxide pipelines. Jinhecheng specializes in the development and production of polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducing agents, polyether macromonomers, and other ethoxylated series products.
Jinhecheng factory has obtained various certificates and procedures from government departments, including: business license, trademark registration certificate, People's Republic of China state-owned land use certificate, Guangdong Province real estate ownership certificate, Guangdong Province pollutant discharge permit, ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, as well as acceptance procedures for environmental protection, safety supervision, and fire protection. Jinhecheng has established a strict and scientific quality management system to ensure stable and compliant product quality.
Jinhecheng has significant advantages in raw materials. The main raw material required for producing polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducing agents is polyether macromonomers. In South China and Southwest China, there are mainly six factories producing polyether macromonomers, four of which are located in Maoming National High-tech Industrial Development Zone: Oxiran Maoming Factory, Jia Hua Chemical Maoming Factory, and Maoming Jinyu Factory are respectively located to the east (across a road), west (across a wall), and north (across a factory) of Jinhecheng's factory, and Jinhecheng's polyether macromonomer project is under construction. The main raw material, ethylene oxide, for producing polyether macromonomers at these four factories is supplied by Maoming Sinopec.
Maoming Sinopec is one of the largest petrochemical bases in China. Its annual production capacity of ethylene oxide is 380,000 tons, making it the largest among the three ethylene oxide production factories in South China and Southwest China, and also one of the largest ethylene oxide production factories in China.
Jinhecheng enjoys extremely convenient transportation: it is 18 kilometers from Maoming deep-sea port - Shuidong Port, 3.9 kilometers from the Shenyang-Haikou Expressway entrance, 16 kilometers from the Baotou-Maoming Expressway, 8 kilometers from the railway station, and 20 kilometers from the new airport. The factory address is located at the center of the coastal area of South China, with market coverage radiating to Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan, Guizhou, and other South China and Southwest China regions. The company's products can be transported by land and sea to domestic and international destinations.
Jinhecheng has a team of professionals with over 20 years of experience in technical development, quality control, and market development of concrete admixtures. The core backbone personnel in technical management are all independently cultivated by the company, ensuring the long-term stability of the core team. The company has also established various forms of cooperation with domestic research institutions, universities, and individuals in product development.
In the 1990s, the shareholders of Jinhecheng invested in the establishment of Guangzhou's first naphthalene-based water-reducing agent synthesis factory, independently developing and producing highly competitive naphthalene-based water-reducing agents at that time, which greatly reduced concrete costs and captured 50% of Guangzhou's market within three years. Its products were widely used in many major projects such as Guangzhou South China Express Trunk Line, achieving good social and economic benefits.
China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, Guangdong Provincial Changda Company, and other units have extensively used Jinhecheng products.
