All about the role:
We are looking fa temporary Logistics Coordinatto support Electrolux North America’s inbound transportation flows from Asia Europe Factories suppliers to our Plants, RDCs Customer locations in the USA, Mexico, Canada. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, visibility, timely communication of container movements across multipleigins. You will work closely with the existing Logistics Supervisin China collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain accurate information prevent disruptions in supply to our customers.
The position will focus on systemic data management operational support fnew MTO projects increased import volumes, ensuring adherence to booking controls ETA visibility. Your contributions will help bridge current process gaps until long-term system enhancements are implemented.
What you’ll do:
• Ensure communication of all import loads the North America Transportation Management tool (NA International Control Tower) ffull visibility tracking.
• Support ETA management fMTO FDders to customers, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders (Source, Sales, Customer Service).
• Assist the current Logistics Supervisin China with Track Trace tasks, allowing focus on implementing continuous improvement actions tracking projects.
• Implement monitbooking control adherence to North America by measuring bookings versus agreed capacity per ocean carrier.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity information quality across systems reports to prevent disruptions improve decision-making.
• Provide proactive communication visibility of container status to all relevant stakeholders in Electrolux Supply Chain area.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred majarea of study in Supply Chain, Logistics, International operations, a relevant business area.
2-3 years of relevant experience in International Transportation.
Demonstrated Expertise in Transportation Flows Logistics Data Management.
