3.能独立进行开发，熟悉各种常用开源框架和技术，深刻理解各框架的优缺点，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等高性能架构相关开发技术；
4.了解Web应用的性能瓶颈和调优方式；
5.熟练掌握MySQL数据库、相关技术及工具；熟悉MongoDB、Redis等NoSql数据库；
6.熟悉各种常见跨浏览器、跨设备问题，深刻理解Web标准，对可用性、可访问性等相关知识有实际的了解和实践经验;
7.对技术有激情、有追求；富于技术创新精神，勇于解决技术难题；
8.思路清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和理解能力；
