岗位职责：
1、具备 3 年以上 Python 后端服务开发经验，熟练掌握 Python Web 框架。
2、熟悉常见的 IoT 或嵌入式设备通信机制，具备 TCP/UDP Socket 编程经验，能理解设备端的心跳、连接管理和数据上报逻辑。
3、具备实际的 AI Agent 应用开发经验，对大模型能力边界有清晰认知。
4、熟悉国内主流云厂商（如阿里云、腾讯云、百度文心等）提供的模型 API 集成方案。
5、熟悉 Docker 容器化技术和基本的 CI/CD 流程，具备独立部署和运维应用的能力。

任职要求：
1、相关行业5年以上工作经验，至少3年在AI/SaaS有负责过将模型能力封装成API的应用开发经验。
2、具有优秀的数据分析能力，以数据为基础制定运营策略。
3、具备高度的自我驱动力和独立解决问题的能力，能够从零开始独立完成项目交付。
4、能够从业务需求出发，将技术方案转化为实际的业务价值。
加分项：有 Golang 服务端开发经验者优先。
