【岗位职责】
1、负责云网吧中心平台及边缘节点的研发运维平台建设，为系统开发、测试、部署、发布和运行维护提供统一的工具及平台支撑；
2、负责项目持续集成和持续交付能力建设，完善代码构建、软件打包、环境配置、自动部署、版本发布和快速回退等流程，提高研发交付效率；
3、负责多环境、多节点的日常管理，包括环境创建、配置变更、节点接入、版本升级和运行巡检等，保障不同地区和不同节点环境的一致性；
4、负责系统运行监控和问题诊断能力建设，对日志、性能、告警和资源使用情况进行统一管理，协助快速定位并处理线上故障；
5、持续梳理和优化研发运维流程，推动重复性工作自动化，沉淀平台使用规范、操作手册和应急处理方案，提升系统交付及运维管理水平。
【应聘条件】
1、具备4年以上研发经验，其中至少3年Java开发、2年DevOps、SRE或研发效能平台经验；
2、熟练掌握Java、Spring Boot和Linux，能够使用Shell或Python完成自动化脚本及运维工具开发；
3、熟悉Docker、Kubernetes、Helm、Maven、Nexus、Jenkins或GitLab CI等持续集成和持续交付技术；
4、熟悉自动化部署、配置管理、监控告警和日志分析，掌握Ansible、Nacos、Prometheus、Grafana、ELK/OpenSearch等技术中的多项；
5、能够熟练使用AI辅助完成脚本编写、流水线配置、日志分析、故障定位、测试设计和文档沉淀，并能够校验输出结果；
6、具备线上故障定位、版本回退、容量评估和应急处置能力，能够适应集中发布及突发故障处理；有多集群、边缘节点或GPU集群经验者优先。
