6. 实时汇报工作进度，对每个商务合作项目进行深入的分析，经验分享
7. 制作项目推广所需的PPT文件及宣传资料等
8. 根据项目推进需要，对其他部门提出协作需求，并提供所需材料；
任职要求:
1. 生物医药、金融、经济或商务管理等相关专业，博士及以上学历；
2. 有3年以上生物医药BD相关工作经验，有海外工作经验优先；
3. 对医药行业、产品及技术发展趋势具有深刻的理解，了解医药项目商务合作事项流程；
4. 具备良好的行业渠道及人脉关系，对直接投资、资本运作等有一定的市场合作资源，有项目商务策划及执行的成功案例；
5. 有自己的见解，可以带领团队操作医药项目股权融资或转让方案设计、谈判、成交等交易工作，能够独立进行商务谈判；
6. 具备良好的沟通技巧，优秀的文字撰写及口头表达能力；
7. 有良好的职业素养，形象气质佳；责任心强，善于沟通，良好的团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
8. 英语听、说、读、写流利，可以作为工作语言；
9. 熟练使用各类办公设备及应用软件等。
