岗位职责：
1、参与需求分析、架构设计、方案讨论和技术调研；
2、编写需求分析文档、设计文档等；
3、负责系统框架的搭建、系统代码的编写；
4、完成上级领导安排的开发任务；
5、解决开发中的技术问题。
任职要求：
1、学信网可查统招本科及以上学历，3年以上实际工作经验；
2、熟练Java语言开发，JAVA基础扎实，精通io、多线程、集合等基础框架，精通分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制；熟练各种常用开源框架；
3、熟知基于Java的架构设计与开发，熟练使用Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis、SpringBoot、SpringCloud等框架；
4、熟悉MySQL等数据库，熟练的编写常用的SQL，具备一定的SQL优化能力;
5、熟悉Dubbo, ZooKeeper, Redis者优先考虑;
6、熟悉常用应用服务器: Tomcat、WAS、WebLogic中至少一种;
7、熟悉Linux下的常用命令；熟悉Jboss，Tomcat等主流应用服务器的安装、配置与性能调优；
8、熟悉VUE、HTML、CSS、Jquery等Web开发技术优先；
9、基本功扎实，具备良好的文档编制习惯和代码书写习惯,
10、具备良好的业务理解和分析能力；有一定需求分析、数据库设计、系统设计的经验；
11、有良好的沟通能力、抗压能力及团队合作精神。
