4.建立和完善开发流程、技术标准及编码规范，推广技术实践，推动技术体系的持续改进与落地。
5.与产品、业务等部门协作，深入理解智能制造业务逻辑，提供专业的技术解决方案，推动业务目标实现。
6.持续关注业界前沿技术动态与发展趋势，结合业务需求进行技术预研，为公司技术发展方向提供建议。
工作要求：
1.35周岁以下，计算机相关专业，全日制硕士研究生及以上学历（可放宽至985/211院校全日制本科），
2.5年以上Java研发经验，其中至少3年以上生产制造领域IT系统的架构设计、核心开发及团队管理经验。
3.熟悉供应链、生产制造等核心业务流程，具备主导大型/集团级项目全周期落地的成功经验。
4.拥有扎实的Java技术功底及分布式系统架构设计能力，具备深厚的技术洞察力，能从容应对复杂业务场景下的技术挑战，具备技术选型与决策能力。
5.对微服务架构、云原生技术及数据库中间件有深入理解和实战经验。
6.具备优秀的逻辑思维、问题解决能力及沟通协调能力，拥有强烈的责任心，能快速学习并适应变化。
