岗位职责：
1、主要工作负责公司自有产品系统的开发工作，包括AIGC、京彩、京办等产品；
2、领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，熟悉JAVA语言，熟练使用JDK 1.8，*好有JAVA 17及以上版本的开发工作经验；
2、熟练使用SpringBoot/Cloud、SpringFrameWork、MyBatis等JAVA主流开发框架，了解Quarkus和Micronaut等云原生框架；
3、具有不错的沟通能力，能够快速地理解需求，并独立完成需求实现的技术设计，包括数据库表、实现逻辑和代码结构设计等工作；
4、能够熟练使用AI工具辅助代码编写，具有快速定位和解决问题的能力；
5、对操作系统、数据库、算法、网络等多方面的知识有所了解和积累，具有较强的自学能力；
6、具有3年以上使用JAVA语言开发的工作经验，实际项目开发经验2年以上，参与实施项目超过3个；
7、不得在北京广播电视台、本公司及其控股子公司业务范围相同或相似的企业、机构担任股东、法定代表人、高管、职员等任何职务，或从事其他与公司有利益冲突的事务。
加分项：具备 AI 编程基础，且能借助 AI 工具高效辅助功能开发实现。
