4、接受日常合规咨询，对营业部业务开展过程中的合规风险提出独立评估并出具专业意见，对合规问题和风险隐患提出处理意见；
5、组织推动反洗钱管理、异常交易监控及信息隔离墙管理等工作，协助营业部进行风险事项的处置、客户投诉的处置等；
6、负责与当地监管部门的沟通协调，落实当地监管部门的工作要求；
7、其他合规风控工作。
任职要求
1、法学或金融、经济、管理、计算机等专业，本科以上学历；
2、三年金融和法律相关行业工作经验；
3、熟悉证券行业各项业务运作，熟悉合规管理、风险管理等相关理论及实务；不局限于目前从事合规工作的，具备业务开展经验的也同样考虑；
4、通过证券公司合规管理人员胜任能力考试者优先；
5、符合《证券基金经营机构董事、监事、高级管理人员及从业人员监督管理办法》等监管办法规定的执业条件。
