1.0~3年工作经验，本科及以上学历。
2.熟悉Hadoopecosystem, 如HBase, Hive等。
3.精通Spark，Redis，Flink，Kafka，ElasticSearch等实时系统中间件的一种或几种，有至少一个相关项目的开发经验。
4.具有分布式，高并发，高可用系统开发及调优经验者优先。
5.优秀的代码开发能力，至少熟练使用Java或Python的其中一种。
6.目标导向，对前沿技术充满热情，有自驱自研的能力，具备前瞻性。
