岗位职责：
1.负责高可靠性产品的PCB全流程设计，主导元器件库建立与布局布线。
2.基于高可靠性要求，制定并严格执行DFM、DFR设计规范，确保在温度、湿度及振动环境下长期稳定。
3.负责低压大电流功率回路与敏感信号回路的分区设计，优化电源分配网络（PDN），将电源纹波对传感器的影响降至*低。
4.与硬件、结构工程师协作，输出Gerber及生产文件，并跟进板厂EQ及阻抗控制生产。
任职要求：
1.经验：本科及以上学历，3年以上多层板（6层及以上）Layout经验。
2.工具：精通Cadence Allegro或Altium Designer。
3.传感器专项：惯导传感器Layout经验，熟悉开尔文连接、差分走线及包地处理。
4.可靠性认知：熟悉IPC-2221/6012标准，了解降额设计、热管理及ESD/EOS防护布局策略。
5.严谨细致：具备极强的责任心，习惯进行详细的Layout评审报告撰写及Checklist自检。
6.能看懂原理图逻辑，具备一定的硬件调试能力
