3. 市场与竞品分析
◦ 收集市场动态和竞争对手信息，为销售策略调整提供数据支持。
◦ 参与线下营销活动（如展会、客户沙龙），提升品牌曝光度。
4. 团队协作与培训
◦ 与团队成员共享客户洞察和销售经验，参与销售技巧和产品知识培训。
◦ 完成上级交办的其他任务，如销售数据整理、客户反馈报告等。

任职要求
• 学历与经验
◦ 本科及以上学历，保险、金融或市场营销专业优先。
◦ 3年以上保险销售或客户助理经验，熟悉香港保险产品及监管要求者优先。
◦ 有线下客户见面和加保销售成功案例者高度优先。
• 技能与能力
◦ 具备良好的普通话沟通能力（与客户面对面沟通必备）。
◦ 擅长客户需求分析、谈判技巧及投诉处理，能独立完成线下会议推进。
◦ 熟练使用Office软件（Word/Excel/PPT）处理文档和数据。
