岗位职责：

2、构建流量分析模型，挖掘用户行为数据，优化投放ROI及私域流量留存策略，支持业务决策；
3、基于多源数据（广告平台、私域工具、用户行为日志）进行流量质量评估，识别异常流量及潜在增长点，输出分析报告；
4、开发私域引流相关的推荐算法或用户触达策略，提高用户留存与活跃度；
5、开发智能投放算法，支持实时竞价（RTA）、动态出价等场景，提升广告触达精准度；
6、跟踪媒体平台算法机制、流量政策变化，及时调整分析框架与模型策略；
7、探索新兴流量渠道与增长技术（如生成式AI在内容投放中的应用），与产品、运营团队协作，将算法模型嵌入投放系统及私域工具，推动技术方案落地。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、统计学、信息与通信工程等相关专业；
2、熟练掌握Python/R，熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch等框架，具备广告投放、用户增长算法开发经验；
3、精通SQL/Hadoop/Spark，能处理TB级数据；熟悉流量分析工具（Google Analytics、神策数据等），了解广告投放生态、私域运营工具。

经验要求：
1、3年以上算法研发经验，有广告投放优化、用户增长或流量分析项目案例；
2、熟悉因果推断、Uplift建模、多目标优化等技术者优先；
3、数据敏感度高，逻辑清晰，能通过数据驱动业务决策；
4、优秀的跨团队沟通能力，适应快节奏迭代环境；
5、熟悉大模型（如LLM）在用户意图识别、内容生成中的应用，熟悉用户生命周期管理。
