岗位职责：
1、负责智能制造软件系统后端架构的建立和实施。
2、参与日常需求沟通，系统分析和设计的工作。
3、独立完成较复杂模块的分析和设计，主导完成详细设计和编码任务。
4、遵循部门开发相关规范，完成开发任务，保障代码质量。
5、能够指导初级开发工程师的日常开发过程中遇到的技术问题。
6、维护处理系统日常问题。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，985/211计算机软件相关专业；2年以上相关开发经验；
2、良好的需求理解能力，较强的逻辑思维能力。
3、具备扎实的Java功底，对JVM内存分配、垃圾回收、类装载机制、反射机制、多线程、网络编程、常用数据结构和相关算法有一定了解。
4、对面向对象的软件开发思想有清晰的认识，熟悉掌握常用的设计模式并且能够运用于实际的开发中。熟练掌握流行的框架（Spring、Spring Cloud、Spring boot、Mybatis、JPA），并且对其核心思想，实现原理有一定的认知。
5、至少熟悉一种数据库的开发与设计（PostgreSql,mysql），较为深入的了解数据库锁，事务，索引的机制。
6、积极主动，有想法，有强大的自驱力。热爱技术，谦虚好学，并且知道如何不断提升自己。
7、有良好的抗压能力，能接受出差。
8、有MES、WMS、QMS等工业软件研发经验者优先。
